Interested in the physical and mental benefits of yoga but not sure where to start? This workshop, meeting weekly for an hour for 5 weeks, is just the place.

This program is led by the Marshall County Extension Office's Vicki Wynn. It is for kids 16 months to 5 years old. Each session focuses on kindergarten readiness skills and includes games, play time, books, and crafts.

Yoga is for everybody! Free, friendly, accessible yoga for all bodies, on a mat or in a chair, on Fridays at 10. 

Kids can come to the library for a fun afternoon of crafting with a variety of materials.
